  • Our Wireless transceiver system employs Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum (DSSS) modulation, signal exploiting this method can actually operate in regions with a negative SNR. Hopper Plus transmissions are therefore detectable underneath ambient noise levels - conventional radio scanners cannot intercept them.
  • 16 bits of scrambling can also be layered onto the data stream; this permits over 65,000 unique scrambling codes.
  • It can also be configured to be either open or closed system - a further level of security. In a closed system, remote units will never accept Ethernet packets from another remote and pass them to their network segment.
  • The wireless equipment has IP Address Filtering capabilities. Only packets that contain destination IP addresses meant for a specific network segment will transmitted by the bridge to that segment - otherwise the packets are discarded.
